please read thoroughly before purchasing !

the terms written below apply to all of coyuette's asset and avatar work (hereinafter referred to collectively as "products"), whether obtained by the customer through coyuette's store page or coyuette's discord server, and regardless of product type (paid, free, commission, and discord server's freebies, giveaways, nitro booster perks).

| GENERAL TERMS |

| ♡ all purchases are final and non-refundable as coyuette's products are digital goods. |
| ♡ basic blender/unity knowledge is needed when purchasing coyuette's products. coyuette is not obliged to teach you how to use the products, and will not be held responsible if any future software update compromises the functionality/aesthetic of said products. |
| ♡ if no legitimate discord tag and email is provided at checkout, your license is not valid. |
| ♡ for 'free in server' products, license validity is based on your membership in coyuette's discord server, unless you purchase it from coyuette's store. if you never joined/leave the server, your license is not valid/no longer valid. |
| ♡ if you are banned from coyuette's discord server, you do not have the rights/lose the rights to use coyuette's products. |
| ♡ each purchase grants an individual license for usage, be it personal or commercial. price splitting is not allowed (this includes, but is not limited to: sharing the products with friends, significant others, etc.). |
| ♡ if you are using coyuette's products for commission work, you must ensure that both you and your client own valid licenses of the products. |
| ♡ do not re-distribute coyuette's products, even if they are free. please share coyuette's store and/or discord server link instead. |
| ♡ do not re-sell/re-distribute coyuette's products as your own. even if you edit them, that does not make them yours. |
| ♡ coyuette's products are meant for use only on vrchat. if you wish to use any products for other platforms/v-tubing, please reach out to coyuette via coyuette's discord server. |
| ♡ coyuette products are not allowed to be used for any avatars/content that portrays children and/or minors in an explicit manner (this includes, but is not limited to: "loli"/"shota" avatars, "dd/lg" content, etc.). |
| ASSET USAGE |

| ♡ assets can only be re-sold/re-distributed on fully completed avatar models. |
| ♡ you may edit/re-texture coyuette's assets for use on avatars, but the end result must still be recognizable as the original product, and must still be credited to coyuette. |
| ♡ do not take apart coyuette's products for mesh/texture to use on products you are redistributing under your name. this especially applies to asset mesh. |
| ♡ the price of your for-sale model cannot go below the total cost of coyuette's assets being used on that model. example: outfit set is $15, avatar cannot be priced below $15 |
| ♡ you cannot use more than three of coyuette's assets (free, paid or nitro) per avatar you are making for commercial use; free/public/nitro/commission/streaming models. note: assets such as jewellery, nails, gestures and textures are exempt from this. outfit sets are counted per item used (e.g. top, bottom & shoes = three). |
| ♡ use of paid assets on free, nitro and public avatars is permitted only if you get permission from coyuette beforehand via coyuette's discord server. do not wait until you have finished the model to ask; coyuette reserves the right to refuse permission. |
| ♡ credit coyuette and link to the product page (link to coyuette's discord server for nitro perks products). example: skirt - coyuette [hyperlinked or url here] |
| AVATAR USAGE |

| ♡ do not upload coyuette's avatars as public; your purchase is for private, personal use only. |
| ♡ do not re-use/re-sell/re-distribute coyuette's avatars and their assets (this includes, but is not limited to: sharing with friends, significant others, etc.) ; you must purchase/download the assets from coyuette and/or their original creators. |
| ♡ coyuette avatars are made to be strictly SFW, and are not allowed to be used for creating explicit content. |

it is your responsibility to check the terms and adhere to them at the time of your purchase,
and when you publish your model.
by purchasing/downloading coyuette's products, you agree to the above terms.
